LOW SEANSON RACK RATE-MAY TO SEPTEMBER

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS :


  • A 50% Deposit required to secure the booking.
  • Full settlement of your account is required upon arrival.
  • All major credit card excepted
  • Unfortunately we do not accept any Cheque or Travelers Cheques
  • All Rates Single or Double Occupancy, quoted in S.A. Rand ( ZAR ).
  • All Rates Inclusive of either Full English Breakfast or Continental Breakfast.
  • All Rates inclusive of VAT currently 14% Net.
  • Rates do not include TOMSA levy of 1% which will be added on your account upon arrival
  • Check In Time : 14h00 and after
  • Check Out Time : 10h00 or any time before
  • Allocation of rooms dependent on availability and we are unable to accommodate more than two guests per room
  • Since double or twin beds are available, kindly state your preference.
  • Rates are subject to change with immediate effect if Government levies ( TOMSA ) / Taxes ( VAT ) should alter.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY :

 

Once the reservation is confirmed with a 50% confirmation deposit and it is then being cancelled for any reason not the responsibility of the guest house the following terms will apply:

30 Days or More No Cancellation Charge
14 - 30 days prior to arrival 60 % of stay will be charged
0 - 14 days prior to arrival 100 % of stay will be charged

DAYS CHARGES LEVIED

0 - 2 Days prior to arrival 100 % of total cost of Reservation
No show 100 % of total cost of Reservation
